Set-up cutoff times

Creating a cutoff time prevents customers from making any order changes are a specified time, instead of accessing the portal they will be shown your tracking page or the most up to date status of the order.

If you don’t set a cutoff time, the order can be edited up until the order is marked as ‘fulfilled’ in Shopify.

Cutfoff times such as next business day, next day, or at the end of the week will default to setting the specific time as 9am local time. You can customize this further if desired.
