All of the text displayed on your Order Editing portal and any outgoing communications can be customized to match your store's desired messaging or customer language.

The localization settings page in your apps sidebar also allows you to create and save the customer portal in any language, customers from different countries will see the customer portal in their local language.

The translations editor allows you to make text changes to your:

  • Portal landing page
  • Order upsells app block
  • Order summary app block
  • Order insurance app block
  • Shipping address app block
  • Post-purchase upsell emails
  • Past cutoff time landing page
